How to Use

To support healthier skin, take herbal supplement daily (can split daily dose into 2 doses per day if desired). DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT DURING PREGNANCY.

Directions for drinking herbal supplements:

1. Boil water.
2. Shake bottle before measuring out herbal supplement.
3. Place herbal supplement in mug and pour ½ to 1 cup of hot water over them.
4. Stir to dissolve. Let cool to comfortable temperature.
5. Stir frequently to avoid sediment and drink up!

Suggested daily dose based on age:

9 years old to puberty 3 to 4g
puberty to 18 years old 4 to 6g
18 years old + 6g

or as recommended by your TCM practitioner for best results. Examination by dermatologist or TCM practitioner is recommended prior to use of this product.

Complete your skin routine

SOLUTION EC: Active Hot Blood herbal supplement is designed to be used with matching external products for best results. Apply SOLUTION EC: Hot Blood Cream and/or SOLUTION EC: Hot Blood Ointment to affected skin 3 times daily. The ointment has a higher concentration of herbs, but the cream is easier to apply to larger areas of skin and is better at moisturizing.

CMD Skin Solutions formulates 6 different herbal supplements to help support healthier skin in people who suffer with atopic eczema. If itching, restlessness, and/or feeling hot prevents you from sleeping at night, try taking SOLUTION EC: Night Calm supplement before bed. Or take in lieu of the second daily dose of SOLUTION EC: Active Hot Blood.

Once itching and redness have decreased, you can switch your internal supplement from SOLUTION EC: Active Hot Blood to SOLUTION EC: Stabilize Hot Blood for a minimum of 4 weeks. Once your skin is stable, it will be useful to switch to our SOLUTION EC: Maintain for continued long-term support to keep vulnerable atopic eczema skin from deteriorating in the future.

DIGESTIVE ISSUES? If you have weak digestion or experience any digestive problems when taking any of our herbal supplements, take SOLUTION WD: Aid Digestion. If taking the supplements twice per day as recommended, you can take SOLUTION WD: Aid Digestion once per day and your other formula the other time. Or you can take half SOLUTION WD: Aid Digestion and half your regular formula until digestion is improved.
