If you suffer from common plaque psoriasis or guttate psoriasis, this is the ointment for you. This ointment contains herbs that have been used for centuries in Chinese Medicine to improve the quality of skin that is prone to psoriasis. The herbs in this formulation are understood to Clear Heat, Cool Blood, Resolve Toxin. The result is softer, smoother, less reactive skin. *
Apply thin layer of ointment to affected skin 3 times daily. For even more effect, in areas of the body where possible, apply thin layer of ointment then occlude the affected skin with plastic wrap overnight. Do not occlude skin if there is itching or if psoriasis is widespread. If itching is an issue, apply our Solution PS All Types Herbal Cream on top of the thin layer of ointment. If psoriasis is very widespread, apply only the Solution PS All Types Herbal Cream.
Please note: The wonderfully effective herbs arnebia root and indigo impart their rich red and blue colors into this ointment, making it a deep purple. Be sure to allow enough time for your skin to absorb it before contacting fabric. May stain light colored fabrics.
