Return Policy
We urge you to inspect all orders immediately upon receipt to ensure the correct items were received and undamaged.
CMD Skin Solutions offers a 60-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. That means if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily issue you a full refund (minus shipping charges) for your most recent order.
You must email orders@cmdskinsolutions.com within 60 days of purchase so we can approve your refund and email you a free return shipping label (this is preferred). If you elect not to use our free shipping label option, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items with a total value greater than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We greatly value useful feedback on our products and your experience with them so we can continue to improve the quality and efficacy of our products and services. Any feedback you provide will not affect your refund/return in any way.
Our policy lasts 60 days, to give you ample time from receipt of your order to start seeing results from our products (which can take 4 to 8 weeks). If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to our corporate headquarters before contacting us. Refunds will only be honored for your most recent order. Refunds directly from CMD Skin Solutions (CMD Pet Solutions) are only permitted for products purchased directly from www.CMDSkinSolutions.com . If you purchased any of our products from other retailers or healthcare professionals and you want to return it for a refund, you must return it to the original place of purchase and their return policy will apply.
Please note, we cannot accept returns for international orders that have been shipped to locations outside the U.S.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Funds may take up to 2 weeks to show up in your account. All items will be refunded at the original price paid, regardless of current pricing. Your original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for U.S. returns.
Exchanges
For domestic orders, we will happily replace an item if it arrives damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item or if you ordered the wrong item by accident, send us an email at orders@cmdskinsolutions.com . Additional shipping costs may apply.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at a later date, we will refund the gift giver or send them a replacement item, depending on circumstances.
If we have reason to believe that a customer is attempting to abuse our return policy, and/or is not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or other elements of the Return Policy expressed in this document. CMD Skin Solutions (CMD Pet Solutions) reserves the right to modify our Return Policy at any time. All customers are entitled to the Return Policy as of date of purchase, not date of return.
