Shipping policy
All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available. In the event an item is out of stock or we are unable to fulfill and/or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.
Shipping costs are determined by the shipping provider based on size, weight, and delivery location of the order. Estimated shipping times are based on the shipping method chosen and are no longer guaranteed by most shipping providers. CMD Skin Solutions does not have any control over shipments once they leave our facility, thus we are not responsible for delays or lost packages and cannot refund shipping costs for delayed or lost items.
Advertisements for free shipping are applicable to domestic U.S. orders only and terms are subject to change without notice.
If local pickup from our Fort Collins, Colorado headquarters is chosen, we will email you with pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. We do not maintain operating hours open to the public.

International Orders
Packages shipped outside the U.S. may be subjected to additional fees and inspections depending on the laws of the country of import. This may include custom clearance, duties, and import tax. Any fees imposed are entirely out of our control and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Shipments may be held and delayed or refused entry by customs. Shipments held or refused by customs and shipments refused by the recipient will not be issued a credit or refund. It is the responsibility of the customer/recipient to determine if they can import products from the United States.
